Yup, we have seen this on multiple RV042 routers. Upgrading to more recent firmware did not solve the problem, finally gave up and very reluctantly went with TP-Link RV600VPN. Found a couple of annoying problems with that - would reliably establish a VPN with NAT traversal, and a firewall bug that would require us to statically assign (via DHCP reservation) addresses to SIP phones. However, both of these problems were consistent, no random resets. And better yet, about a month after we reported them to TP-Link they came out with a new firmware version that has fixed both of them. And they were very responsive right from the first error report.
