CUCM version is 11.5 and the 8831 Active Load ID is sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
I have tried to rest sitting All and security but the problem still exist….. I have checked the device pool and date / time group is correct. Any help on that
I have modified the SIP profile for Jabber to use only 24 port instead of 32000 ports and I test was OK, my question there are any problem on reducing the RTP range?
Yes NTP Reference is OK, and Date/Time Group is configured correctly and attached to the devise pool, all phone showing the correct time instead of 8831
