Hi All, Just an update, we have cutover from UCM 11.5 to UCM 12.5.1.13900-152 this weekend and still receive the "Partial Registered" state on remote MRA phones. I have update my TAC engineer to see what is likely to occur from the defect posted.

Hi, I'm also seeing the same issue. Out of 100 MRA phones, 4 of them each morning are partially registered. Expressway 12.5.7CUCM 11.5 8845: sip8845_65.12-5-1SR2-2 Please let me know what you TAC case recommend as a resolution for you. Thanks,
