Hello all,after a long investigation way, testing many UPS devices, taking a new power supply it seems that there is a hardware bug of 4500 series itself.hope this will help someone.

Hello,a bit late answer, but anyway, I've got the same issue, and the reason was a double NAT\PAT from one of the tunnel side, because of LTE modem and provider IP addressing policy.hope this will help.
