We are doing an upgrade of CUCM from 4.1 to 8.5 and the problem is that the phones 7910 G+SW are registered correctly to CUCM 8.5, can receive calls normally but can´t make calls. The simptoms when we try to make a call are the follow: - The phone have no dial tone. - can´t press no digit. - after 4 seconds the congestion tone is hear in the phone. Actions already taken: -We check 4 phones 7910. All have the same symptom. -The firmware version P00405000700.sbn (signed) recommended by Cisco is installed by default in CUCM 8.5. -Create new profiles for phones 7910. The result is the same. Other tests: -Web dialer works properly. -Speed dialer works ok.
