You could just remove the handset from the phone entirely, and turn the little plastic notch around. This will keep the phone "on hook" and allow you to use the headset only.You are operating with the headset button illuminated, I assume?
Yes, both services are running. Tried restarting the tracking engine and re-running the port locations, but still didn't show up. The manual port scan says it's been successfully forced. CDP is running on the switch, and a 'sho cdp neigh' displays...
