In the CallManager under service parameters there is a setting called MaxForwards to DN. I can't find any info on what the parameter affects but it has a star by it indicating that it is a required parameter in CallManager. My question is... What wou...
I have a problem with some of my IP Phones and Unity. When some of the users press there message button they get dead air. They should be getting "please enter your password”. Has anyone seen this problem?
Does any one know if I can change the 0 out option from the Directory Handler? It routers me to the Operator Handler and I can't delete the Operator Handler. I don't see an option on the Directory Handle to change caller input.
