Online Diag Status OID

Hi,Could you help me please - I can't find correct OID for my problem. I want to get Online Diag Status via SNMP for each module from my Cisco 6509. Thanks in advance.

If I using snmpwalk I see that all modules diag status is "pass", but it's not true(please look attached pichure)
