I have this problem too. The faster way to correct this is to re-enter the IP address settings. But for me, this device is in another country and on our management subnet. So I have to have a user onsite change IP to management subnet, then I change the switch vlan, then I remote into the laptop and am able to access the device. Not cool. Has to be a code bug. Thinking I may roll back firmware version. What version are you on??
