All, I have a NIM-1GE-CU-SFP I have the Media Type set to interface GigabitEthernet0/1/0 media-type rj45 negotiation auto If I try to set the speed too 1000 full, it wont let me. Only gives me an option for 10 Meg or 100 Meg. Any ideas on why?...

Thank you everyone for the input. I have left at auto. I prefer hard setting but It will not allow me. So were good. Thank you again.

I would prefer to hard to set the speed to 1000 meg Duplex full. It does not appear I can do this with this particular card. Are you saying there is not an option to hard set the port to GiG/Full?
