I have configured my 9971 in CME and added speed dial button but after restrating phone on the left keys side nothing changes.

Thank you.At first, I add Speed Dial Buttons by phone apps, then I reset phone and nothing happend. And then I restart my 9971 and speed dial buttons are showed.
