Thank you for pointing this out LibinAn upgrade has been on the cards for the last Year !!! This is a public organisation so things move very slowly, I'm hoping the change control goes through in the next few weeks .. however the customer is fully aw...

The grep command worked.The customer was on 8.0.1 so no senders group in monitor. I was able to use the grep command with the IP address of the blacklisted hostgrep "BLACKLIST.*x.x.x.x" I also used to -c parameter that gave me a count. Thanks
