I'm looking for some help on converting an NTPSignedTimeValue to seconds. When querying SNMP for NTP offset and delay, I get the following hex value. Anyone have any idea how to convert these hex values to seconds?
$ !snmpwalk 192.168.10.1 1.3.6.1...
