On our older 79XX model phones, on a Park Reversion, after 2 rings it would show on the screen that the call was a park reversion.
Now with the 8841 model phones, it does not. Creating a lot of confusion for one of our groups with a high call volume. (not using CCE yet..)
Any assistance is appreciated!.

If the Host of the call dials the Room Access code with 4 digits from a Cisco phone (or Jabber Mobile) and starts the call, no problem.
If a Participant dials the Room Access code 4 digit from a Cisco phone OR as a DID (10 digit from outside) or and enters the call, no problem.
But if the HOST dials in DID (10 digit from outside) and tries to start the call, they can enter their room number, but as soon as the PIN is entered, the call DROPS.
Anyone??

If a user (attendee) calls in to the Conf Now access via a DID (10 digit) number and enters their attendee PIN, it works fine.
But if the Host calls in via a DID number, as soon as they enter their PIN, the call drops.
Calls initiated internally- ie dialing the 4 digit extension for Conf Now works perfectly for Host and Attendees.
