Yes, We are using Finesse API for custom Desktop. I am yet to try with Finesse out of the box desktop, I will keep you posted once i have the information.

We usually use our own Cti desktop tool for login, some times we use finesse desktop for testing the behaviour in Finesse desktop Thanks,Karthik
