Cisco Deskpro is currently registered in CUCM version 14 but it is showing Calling disabled on screen and not able to receive or make any extension calls in CUCM. Not sure, what's the issue here.

Hi, But it requires On Premises CUCM to be connected to WebEx control hub. Does it require any specific licenses to add CUCM cluster on Control Hub.
