I'm having an issue with all of my Cisco 7975G VoIP phones. I've read many articles on creating text to be displayed while the phone is idle(I'm not looking to display an image). It seems pretty straight forward, but every time the phone goes idle:
The service screen pops up(empty) - states: Error, contact your administrator.
I've tried text files, xml files, and html files but all reach the same conclusion.
Wireshark shows the request go through and CME router acknowledge/sends. Logs in CME router show successful transfer.
7975G phone logs show:
InstallerModule :: install MIDletSuite--(CANNOT install midletsuite (http://X.X.X.X:80/display.xml), since it is either not a provisioned midletsuite or load not DEV load))
Anyone seen this before? Searching the web comes up with scarce results.
