I have loaded the 7921G image file to call manager and the phone tries to download the image but I get a "image download failed" on the phone. I have a 6.1.2 call manager. I did restart the tftp service. any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
We had the same problem and TAC could not help. We finaly gave up and put in traditional pots lines. This is also incase the phone system or pri curcuits are down we still have conectivity. Good luck.Steve
You can download SoftPerfect Network Scanner and run it. It will show you the mac address's and IP. Just put in the ip range of the network and find the mac. It is a free program just google it. Hope this helps.
Looked at the trace. It said Hey stupid you didn't upload to all the call manager servers. I did and waaalaa. It worked. I feel stupid. Thanks for your help.
