I have a customer that has devices with contract info displaying in the SNTC Portal, but the information is not populating in the Covered, Not Covered and Expiring Device Coverage tabs in the Portal.
Can someone help me with this?

When I search the serial numbers in Cisco Commerce the devices are in fact covered.
