It is probably also worth noting that I used the same OVA and ISO files for the new Pub as were on the production.

Thank you for your reply Nithin, I am able to perform a restore on my production cluster from the same backup device (same credentials and same directory). I am using Ubuntu 20, which I believe uses openSSH.

Thank you for the response. The link between the vgw and cucm is not set up as a sip trunk. The vgw is an h323 gateway and is set up with h245-signal. Could this setup be causing the issue I am seeing?
