could you please try to reboot the whole device. I observed problems like this before, if the cleanup of the deletion of the EFM did not free all disk space in CAF. The only way I found to solve it was a full reboot of the device.

you are using an outdated version of the IOX CAF on the devices. The older IOX versions only had support for 2 serial interface, but the EFM App from version >= 1.5 needs to have 3 serial interfaces to be mapped.
