Hi Rohan, We need to know what is on the display so we can further troubleshoot the issue. Phone might be displaying "Network Unavailable", "Phone not registered", "Unprovisioned" and etc.

Hi Jaime, Thanks for your response. When calling the main number, it should play the Channel 2 and when on park/on hold, will play the Channel 1. Channel 1 - Plain musicChannel 2 - With fake rings then music How are we going to achieve this setup...
