Do the SFP+ ports on this switch support both 1Gbit and 10Gbit speeds?

Thanks for your help. I think I 've got the NAT config lines OK now but writing out some of the ACL entries would be a great help.

I think I understand that but it seems to be based on the whole inside subnet having access?
I need to limit access to a few hosts inside - how do I do that?
I'm new to this ASA stuf and struggling a bit...!
