I recently joined a company where they are using Jabber for only audio calls. I don't see video capabilities for jabber. As per Cisco, jabber comes with Video if in future how can we enable it for users? 

 When we place an IVR call and trying to enter input like 1,2 or access code phone not passing it. PSTN--> SIP Provider --> VG310 --> Analog Phone Can anyone help with this? Attached Config for the VG

Can we use Cisco ATA 190 to convert my existing Analog lines to Digital lines? There is no existing Data connection in the room, only RJ11 drop. we are trying to use Cisco 8861IP Conference phone with the analog line.
