8861 8x8 drop phone calls and sound not clear

Hello, I have a small problem with 8x8 , once in a while 8861 drop a call and sometimes sounds not clear I tried to use codec G.722, G.711U and now I did change to codec G.729 hopefully it will help. Any advice what can be?

Software CP-8861-3PCC Configuration Utility sip88xx.11-2-1MPP-630.loads it didn't show me firmware. where I can find that?
