I have the Cisco CallConnector for CRM installed and working. It automatically creates a CRM Activity and does all the screen pops. However anytime someone internal to the company tries to call each other the CallConnector attempts to search CRM for that extension. I know that I can ignore particular inbound and outbound phone numbers. What I would like to be able to do is ignore any internal calls inbound or outbound. I figure I can write a custom express in the "Custom/Advanced:" field, but I have no experience with that. Can someone help me?
