Mipopov,To your 2nd question, the system complains of illegal format.Iguess the bootcode has to be downgraded lower than the present 1.3.5.06.That's why I need the boot files. Thanks

Set putty to 230400. connect via usb-serial cable to RJ 45 Console port. You should be good to go.
