cisco catalyst 3850 - cctv streaming freezes after 5 seconds

I am unable to watch live streaming of my CCTV (Honeywell - Black). It works perfectly when I connect it outside CISCO catalyst 3850 backbone. What could be the problem?

I don't understand what do you mean by scrubbed version? This is a DVR based system. Streaming stops after 5 seconds.
