All my agents are on ready state however incoming call still goes to VM. This is an intermittent issue, not happening to all the calls.

We recently deployed PRI line on our CUBE gateway.
After deployment of line, calls are not getting recorded on gateway. We are using network recording (Calabrio).
However on our SIP line all calls are getting recorded.
