Strange it worked for me but I also found this happens if I am connected bywire and have wireless enabled.Not sure if that applies to you but if connected via wire try turning Wi-Fioff.

Was working fine until I upgraded to MAC OS BigSur version.11.0.1 running 4.8.02045.I'll try updating my client but doing that whilst working from home makes me twitchy might be safer for me to downgrade back to Caitlina
