- If one site PRI is down, can we add working site PRI in down site's Route Group from CUCM to allow outbound calls?

Hello, We have upgraded CUPC to Jabber 10.5.5 and users started receiving error: Cannot communicate with the server.Users can still access CUPC but not Jabber.We are using CUCM 8.6 and CUPS 8.6 Please suggest. Thanks,
Try right click on Speaker icon on right bottom corner of your screen and select Sound option. Go to Communications tab and bring radio button to Do Nothing.Test the applications audio.
Please check db replication on uccx pub.utils dbreplication statusAfter few minutes, utils dbreplication runtimestate If all clean, try restarting CUIC service.
