I found out that Smart CallConnector Toolbar is not supported with IE9 at this time. It is supported with IE 6, 7 and 8. I am having issues with Outlook 2007 also, and Cisco is taking a look at it. Do you have Outlook 2007 working?Thanks.

The DLL's look to be 64bit. The file name is toolbarIEx64.dll. It was the .bat file that referenced the 32bit file names. I still think it has something to do with IE9.
