请问设备的服务级别目前是SMBS(CSCO SUP ESS 8X5XNBD)或DSN(DSS CORE 8X5XNBD),还没到期,是否允许直接升级为SNTP(SNTC 24X7X4)呢?
是否允许改变Service Level?从SMBS/DSN到SNTP ??

shgu 发表于 2018-7-16 09:59可以升级服务,请联系对应的思科销售和代理商感谢您的回复,我找过总代,但总代给的结果是只能同系列的服务才可以升级,比如需求是升级到SNTP(SNTC 24X7X4),那么只有SNTC系列的才能升级,比如SNT(SNTC 8X5XNBD),而从其他系列的SMBS或DSN是不能升级到SNTP的,请问是这样的吗,谢谢!
