Hello, JerryI not solve an issue yet. I not sure, but in your case I guess you have another issue, you cannot use administrator features in trial mode.

When I click sign in on beincourt.webex.com I redirects to Sign In - Cisco WebExI see "doSSO" in url on signin page, but in the admin panel I have disabled SSO option. Why this happens?screenshots attached
