Dead interface???

i have an interface on a 2950 cat switch that i cant get a single inteface (13) to turn up or light uptried shut no shut and clear on the interface nothing worked any tips or is the int dead?

100 mb nics have a total of 14 attached to the switch all of them the same and port 13 is the only one not working and double check the cables

when i said a single interface i meant just one interface number 13

yes they all light upand when i issue the show post command it is passed
