The firewall doesn't directly connect to the HQ. There is a router that connects the point-to-point circuit from the HQ to the core.

Mike,Thats awesome. After reading your post I realized where it was hanging up at. Thanks for the help. I have since tested your solution and it works. This has added to my knowledge base on how the ASA works and views NAT. Thanks a bunch. Lee
