Hello,I have a Cisco MCS 7800 and I am unable to log into the web interface. I managed to create a username and password in the CLI but it does not work for the web interface. The default password it came with only works on the CLI also. Any ideas...

I didn't do the initial setup. That made things a little harder. Do you know how to make it run the initial setup again just for future reference. I don't know that I will need it.

I am using CUCM 5.x. I used the utils reset_ui_administrator password and used the username you gave me. It worked! Thanks!
