Hey Guys,
I am planning an upgrade of my CUCM, am currently looking at the BE4000. The idea is to reuse all my handsets. Please say if these handsets will be able to use with the BE4000
USERS: 40-50
FUNCTIONS: ALL
handsets:
MODEL
6921 Standard SCCP
7905 Standard SCCP
7911 Standard SCCP
7912 Standard SCCP
7940 Standard SCCP
7941 Standard SCCP
7942 Standard SCCP
7961 Standard SCCP
7962 Standard SCCP
I would like something that has an interface (GUI). If there is any other recommendation please feel free to comment

Hello guys, I urgently need some help here. I inherited a non-supported site and now the CUCM publisher fails(I don't have a backup of this system). I don't have a recovery disc so am basically dooms. The handsets are still up because the subscriber is still working. So question number one is: How long can the subscriber continue without the publisher? Question 2: can anyone direct me to where I can get a recovery disc for cucm 7.1. If I get a recovery disc then at least I could get a little time to sort out an upgrade and be able to make changes to the current handsets. I cannot make any changes because I cannot get into the publisher.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can ping the publisher fine. no issue with pinging. unfortunately, I don't even have a backup as I recently inherited the site. If only I could get into it and create a backup. can the CUCM both from a disc if it is that the HD is dead? if yes, what OS can I look for?

Hello Experts, I need some help in diagnosing a problem I am having in my environment.
I have 2 cucm a subscriber and a publisher. They were both working well until I realize that I can no longer login to the publisher via web portal, the error I got was: "connection failed".
Out of frustration, I hard restart the CUCM and now I cannot even get the web portal. It's telling me
"This site can’t be reached 192 .XX.XXX.X refused to connect.
I then tried to access the CUCM from CLI but when I entered the username and password it got this these messages(Attached file)
Can some please help me out here, I have researched a lot about the error but can't seem to pinpoint the issue. I need to get in the publisher to make some needed changes to the phones.
Specs details: System version: 7.1.3.30000-1
When I check the Unified CM overview I cannot see am=nything for the publisher because it's saying "Source has failed due to Tomcat on 192.XX.XXX.X being unreachable"
How else can I boot the publisher to at least try and run the web service(tomcat)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
