I created an IP Communicator on a laptop, the person using the laptop has his own extension plus his 120101 Contact Center number when I press the services key it does not let me see my Contact Center number, any thoughts

I have an IP communicator set up on a laptop but can't get the services button to get to my login to contact center

I have all the manually configure phones in CER showing in unlocated phones, the VG-224's are in the range of an IP Subnet, all phones are pointing to an analog ERL, how do I get these phones out of unlocated and to use the proper ERL
