The online documentation refers to a Blind Transfer (BlindXfer) softkey, but our phones don't show this during calls. Does this have to be programmed in? Thanks.
We want to transfer calls directly to voicemail without having the call ring at the extension. Does anyone know of a workaround? Please advise if I should post this in another spot.Thanks.
