Where in CCA version 8  can we disable the second call on any extension? Is it possible?

Here is the scenario:Both have 7940 PhonesPresident (x-201) is on a call line 1, Assistant (x-202). A second call comes in on x-201, The call should ring on line two of the assistant's phone. If not picked up, Call should route to voice mail box 201....
