I have resign existing request for my UCS Manager and update certificate in KeyRing. But I don't know how to restart UCS WebServer to apply new cert. Can anyone help?
3,5 years old bug to implement reboot and poweroff commands in own linux CLI. Very fast deploy ;)

May be this correct for self-signed default certificate, but we use CA signed certs.

Actually found that we need not only login to server console. We need to change CLI context to local-mgmt to do this.
1. Login to UCS Central Server console with admin privileges.
