Is there a report that can show me when a CSQ's status of open or close? I am trying to find a way to show that a queue was manually closed using holiday mode during it's regular scheduled opening time. For example, the queue was to open at 6:30AM CT, but the store reported that the queue was closed between 7:00AM CT-7:25AM CT. I need to figure out if it in fact was.
I have already pulled Agent Detail Report, Detailed Call by Call and Agent State Detail to prove that there were agents available and Ready at that time. Is there any other report that can show me that the queue was actually open?
