Is it possible to use silent monitoring on only 1 Team and a certain skillset in UCCX? We have a bunch of teams and skillsets but only 1 group wants this feature enabled. 
What would cause an agent to go reserved after a call if there was no incoming call? We have this in a few groups that this happens to. What log files should we be looking at and what are we looking for to indicate an issue?
Hello- One of our agents received this error message yesterday inside of Finesse. She is using Windows 10 with IE 11. I attached a screenshot. 
Is there a place to find definitions for what each State means in call history such as Reserve?
