We have a customer who is attempting to login to the SNTC portal. It seems he has the appropriate SNTC role in his profile, but the attached video is what he sees. He tried multiple browsers and even got on a different computer to no avail.
Once he logs in to the site, for a brief few seconds he see the “blue” page that he should, but without the data. After a couple of seconds he gets kicked to a register/sign in page. If he clicks sign in,he goes through the same redirect loop.
