Hi, Is There a Way To Specify Different Bandwidth Size Of Sub-Interfaces, For Example: If I Had A G0/0 Interface, And I Created 3 Sub-Interfaces G0/0.1, G0/0.2, & G0/0.3. Is There a Way That I Can Manage The Bandwidth So That G0/0.1 = 600Mbps, G0/0.2 & G0/0.3 = 200Mbps Each?

Hi, Why Can't Port-Security Be Configured On a Dynamic Desirable Interface (Default), Why Must The Interface Be Configured As Access Or Trunk, I Can't See The Relation Between Port-Security And VLAN, Shouldn't I Be Able To Configure Port-Security Without Changing The Default VLAN Configuration Of an Interface? Thank You In Advance.

Hi All, When Configuring a Sub-Interface In a Router, The Number That Can Be Assigned To It Will Be Within The Range (0 - 4294967296), Which Means That The Range Is Represented By a 32 Bits, So My Questions Are: 1- Where Are Those 32 Bits (Ethernet Header, IP Header, Or Some Sort Of Registry)? 2- The Range Is Waaaay To Big For a Real Case Scenario, Since Sub-Interfaces Are Used To Create a Router On a Stick To Provide Connectivity Between Different VLANs, And Since There Are Only 4096 VLNAs, Shouldn't The Number Of Sub-Interfaces Be No More Than (4096)? Thanks In Advance

Hi In The Topology Shown, Both PCs Are In VLAN1, The Link Between The Switches Is Configured As Trunk Allowing Only VLANs 10-100, & SW1 Is a VTP Server, SW2 Is a VTP Client. The Two PCs Can't Ping Each Other (Obviously Because The VLAN1 Is Not Allowed On The Trunk). My Question Is, Why Does VTP Works Fine Even Though The Native VLAN Is Not Allowed On The Trunk?
