We have upgraded from UCCX 10.5->11.6. Using our UCCX client integration with "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express CTI Protocol Developer Guide, " we are unable to complete a two step transfer. The error received is a CONTROL_FAILURE_CONF FailureCode: 0 UnifiedCCXErrorCode: 88012 Text: Invalid combination of parameters - heldCallId: 33559518 transferDN: 844460002 Could you provide more information on 88012 "There is no Unified CCX call ID."? Could you please assist with diagnosing this issue and offer insight to differences between the 10.5 and 11.6 version that may assist us?
