What do you have for your sccp local and sccp ccm x.x.x.x commands? I don't see these here in the config. You'll need: sccp local fa0/0 Choose the appropriate interface that the MTP will register from. sccp ccm x.x.x.x identifier 1 priority 1 version ? Put in the UCM ip address where the x's are and for the version, hit the ? mark and put your CM version in. If you're running version 5, 6, or 7 and the highest option available is 5.x, choose the highest available. Please rate if this helps.

As long as it is UCM 5 or higher, you can just type the IP address with nothing else and get there. Just put in 192.168.1.1 hit enter and you should get there. Version 4 made you use the https as well as the ccmadmin, but 5 and higher, just the IP will work. Please rate if this helped.

Is the gateway MGCP or H323? Which interface is the media/control binding applied to? The phone may be able to hit one IP on the router, but if it is being sourced from an interface that you cannot hit, you won't have audio. Please rate if this helps.

The ACL's on your VPN access lists do not allow the subnet the VPN users to route to the subnet the gateway is on. You say there is one way audio. Which side can hear who? Again, it's a routing/VPN ACL issue. Please rate if this helps.

You would create three new partitions. You would also come up with three new time schedules with time periods in them. Let's say the hours are 7-4, 4-11, 11-7. You would put those time periods in under their respective partition as to make them only valid during that time. So let's say the main number for that is 6000. You would create three translation patterns in the each of those new partitions. The CSS would be one that can call into Unity. The transformed number could be 7000 for the 7-4 time, 7001 for the 4-11 time, and 7002 for the 11-7 time. Create CTI rp's for each of those 7000, 7001, and 7002 numbers. Then in Unity, create 3 separate call handlers accordingly. Please rate if this helped.

How automated do they want it to be? If the schedule is like clockwork never changing, you could configure time period/time schedule routing along with translation patterns on the CM to point to the AA during the first shift, another AA during the second shift, and a third AA during the fourth shift. If it needs to be more flexible than that, then I'd recommend the third groups goes in manually as you stated. Please rate if this helps.

In CCM 7, you can disable mobility from the phone. It is also on a schedule, so you don't get the 2 AM phone calls if you didn't shut it off before you left. Please rate if this helped.

You actually install the license on the publisher to allow for another node. You would use the mac address of the publisher and upload the license there. Go to the software page of Cisco with the PAK number and walk through the process. You add the new license the same way you added your initial license. Please rate if this helped.
