Thanks Joel ! The DB was rebuilt and actually I can access to RME. As I lost the DB and allocated the devices discovered on CS. Now I'm performing an inventory of devices. Very Helpful ! Best Regards Manuel Martinez.

When I try to access to RME on CWLMS 3.2 I get this message: HOME0002: Could not get database connection. Make sure that RME DB server is running. Check RMEHome.log for more details. When I go to Server->Admin->Processes I see RMEdbEngine process not running. At trying to start it, a message appears indicating to restart CiscoWorks daemon (crmdmgtd) , I did it a lot of times with no success. Actually I did not know what could be the issue, that's why I request for your help. I attached pdshow and RMEHome.log files Thanks in advice.

Is frecuently find in the enterprise WCS the following message "IDS 'Deauth flood' Signature attack detected on AP 'XXXXXXX'protocol '802.11b/g' on Controller 'x.x.x.x'. The Signature description is 'Deauthentication flood', with precedence '9'. The attacker's mac address is 'xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx', channel number is '1', and the number of detections is '300'" For security prouposes I changed the IP and MAC addresses. The MAC address shown in the message is a Base Radio MAC from an AP controlled by the same WLC, which is sending the warning. I read about a bug with a similar message but it's solved in the version 4.0.217.0 but this WLC has the 5.1.151.0 version and it's not shown in the release notes or bug toolkit. Anybody can help me ? !

Sorry, When I talked about port, I was meaning port 25. I had a trouble with the DNS server too, I just confused the number. Actually I don't have any SMTP server on the localhost, I tried to send a report on the enterprise mail and this is the log file. Hi, I configured ciscoworks for generating reports and send them to the administrator email, but it doesn't work. The file is .crt for testing i've changed for .cer and .pem but any of them has been successful

I'm using Ciscoworks from my laptop using a web browser. When I'm trying to use Topology View the next ussue appears and I can't use the utility. "Cannot connect to ANI server... Probable cause: Unknown Error Verify that ANIServer-<name machine> is running, and restart Campus Manager " At Ciscoworks main machine this issue doesn't happen and all ANI services are in running normally status, for this I think the problem is my laptop. I uninstalled all java pluggins and installed the pluggin than CW sends, but this not fix the issue... Any ideas ?

I have a certificate obtained from verisign for logging in a wireless campus network, and I'm installing it via TFTP to the WLC. At the end of the transference appear the next message "TFTP WPS Signature file transfer starting. TFTP receive complete... updating WPS signatures. Error in signature file. I made an Discovery and this procces found 422 devices but when I'm trying to add those devices they don't are not shown in Allocator Devices. I tried to add a couple of devices manually but Device Manager says the device is duplicated. I'm very complicated with this issue, I don't know what can I do.
