Hello Team, Kindly note that the customer is facing an issue with his proximity app on the TP unit ~TP IN Hyderabad EN CyberPearl Nalanda. He is using the proximity application to do the sharing. He has proximity application installed on his laptop and there's the proximity icon on the touch panel. i.e He needs to press on proximity icon to sync with the proximity app. The issue is that when the customer starts the content sharing, it lasts for less than 1 min and all of his colleagues tried with their laptop as well but are still facing this issue. We checked all configuration on the device during an intervention along with a cisco tac engineer and the customer, all config were correctly set for proximity.
